The purpose of this statement is to notify to your organization that there can be changes in demand due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the various containment and countermeasures taken by the authorities around the world.

As a consequence of the market reaction against this global situation with many customers and suppliers stopping their production, Escubedo is forced to apply Force Majeur and will close its activities from 30/03 to 13/04 both included.

With that goal, ESCUBEDO hereby asks your organization to take the following actions immediately:

• SHIP PARTS ONLY CONFIRMED BY ESCUBEDO.
• KEEP ESCUBEDO INFORMED ABOUT YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN RISKS.
