Eduard Bota, who until now held the position of Production Manager, currently holds the position of Quality Manager. Due to this change, we are looking for a new Production Manager for our headquarters in Riudellots de la Creu (Girona).

Here are the details of the job offer.

Mission: to lead, organize, and optimize the industrial processes of stamping, injection, and subprocesses, following quality and productivity criteria.

Objectives:

  • Achieve production according to the defined plan in the stamping and injection productive plants.
  • Ensure the quality of products and raw materials.
  • Work towards the continuous improvement of the department and the organization.
  • Provide solutions to incidents related to delivery deadlines, planning, and technical issues.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience (minimum 5 years in an industrial company).
  • Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
  • Proficiency in the Office package.
  • Mechanical knowledge or management of a stamping production plant is valued.
  • Experience in the automotive industry (minimum 2 years) and/or knowledge of IATF. In case this requirement is not met, the training itinerary will include specific IATF training actions.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERPs and QlickView is valued.
